Still Life

Welcome to the Gerald Robillard gallery.  Jerry is a New England artist from Harrisville, RI and has been exhibiting professionally for over five decades.  He attended the School of the Worcester Art Museum in MA, which gave him a solid background in art and helped him become the artist he is today.  He has become known for the soft moods and calming effect that he creates in his paintings with the use of lights and shadows which are used to capture the mood of the moment.  His goal is to have the viewer feel the same mood that he felt when creating the painting.  He exhibits throughout the New England states and has received numerous awards for his paintings.  Private collectors and corporations both here and abroad collect his work.  He has been both fortunate and blessed to have met so many wonderful people over the course of his career.

His painting subjects come from nautical themes, New England, coastal and woodland scenes.  His work is realistic and has an authentic feeling.  Having sailed for many years, his love for the sea is clearly shown in his nautical paintings.  He is looking forward to seeing old friends and patrons in the upcoming season.

His work is well known for the soft and calming mood he creates in his paintings.  His patrons say they have found such peace and comfort in his paintings so please enjoy viewing his gallery.

GUITARick here to add text.
A long time collaboration between luthier Mike Falco ( grandson-in-law ) and Gerald Robillard (artist) has come to a realization.  A new guitar custom built by Mike and painted by Jerry who both share a passion for guitars has been completed.  More projects are to come.  These guitars are of highest quality and best materials.  This guitar is the artist proof (Jerry will be keeping this one).  It is an absolute dream to look at and to play and would definitely be a collectors treasure.  Enjoy the following pictures of the guitar.

"Mike Falco's guitars are pure perfection.   The  one he built me is the best solid body guitar I have ever owned, that's saying a lot!  I have owned several hundred of the top brands new and vintage and this just beats them all.  No brag, just fact!  And to top it off, the front has a beautiful one of a kind fine art painting by Gerald Robillard!  A true one of a kind collectors piece and a perfect working guitar.  What more could anyone ask for?  It's gorgeous alder wood body and birdseye maple neck are to die for and all hand crafted by Mike.  It's perfect V shaped vintage style neck is the most comfortable neck I have ever played, the TV Jones classic Filter'Tron pickups are an incredible choice for this guitar.  Blues, rock, jazz and country all sound great on it.  This Falco Custom Art series guitar is simply put:  The best solid body guitar I have ever played.  It's that good folks!" - Duke Robillard
